The two-storey house spans 90 sqm of living space, located on the upper part of the property. Surrounded by a lush green garden and protected by shady pergolas.
Up to 6 guests can stay here which can be rented separately or together with house ouzo. Ideal for families or a group of friends, they are equipped with two bathrooms, an indoor kitchen and a large outdoor kitchen, not far from the shared pool in the big garden. A separate large pergola with space for up to 12 people to eat while the sundown becomes an unforgettable experience.
The property offers so much space that everyone will find his quiet corner to dream. It is only a few steps through the garden, past the high reeds directly to the beach of Glyfada, which borders directly on Alyko the nature reserve. Even in high season, there is not much going on here, having the feeling of your own dreamy private beach. The white sand here is soft and forms a smooth transition into the turquoise blue water.

Booking:
A payment of 50% of the total amount is required within 2 days of receiving the booking confirmation in order to secure the reservation.For reservations made within 6 weeks (42 days) prior to arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation terms:
Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the deposit.Cancellations made within 59 days of arrival, or in case of a no-show or early departure, will be charged the full amount.
Tax/Fee:
A climate resilience levy of €15 per night, per villa, mandated by the Greek government, is payable with the final balance. Please note that this levy is subject to change according to government regulations. Any adjustments will be communicated prior to the final payment.
